Campaign: Catwalk Malaysia Review and Reward Campaign

Terms and Conditions

1. Catwalk Malaysia Review and Reward (“The Campaign”) is organized by Pets Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, (“The Organiser”) shall commence the campaign between 1 July 2023 and 31 July 2023. The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier than 31 July 2023. Late submission will not be entertained.

2. The Campaign is open to all customer and followers of Catwalk Malaysia who are 18 years old and above.

3. Catwalk Review and Reward Campaign:

   1. All participants shall write a review about Catwalk products, including canned food or soybean cat litter on Catwalk Malaysia Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/CatwalkMalaysia/reviews).

   2. All reviews are required to be posted together with more than 30 words and a photo of cats with Catwalk product.

   3. 10 winners will be selected from all qualified participants. 

   4. Winners need to collect their prize at Pets Global booth, B171 (Hall B) at Ekspo Kucing MATRADE Kuala Lumpur from 4 August to 6 August 2023. No courier service provided.

   5. All winners will be entitled to 2 entrance tickets for Ekspo Kucing.

   6. If the account is suspicious, The Organiser reserves the right to conduct investigation and decide solely on the redemption.

4. Winners will be notified after winners’ announcements on 1 August 2023. Winner’s announcements will be announced at Facebook and Instagram of Catwalk Malaysia.

5. Winners shall discuss with the Organiser for free items redemption arrangement.

6. All/any result and/or decision made by Pets Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd arising from the Campaign shall be final. No correspondences, queries, appeals, or protests will be entertained.

7. Pets Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend and/or change the Terms and Conditions of the Contest at its sole and absolute discretion at any time without prior notice.

8. All instructions and/or any other specific requirements relating to the Campaign (if any) shall form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Campaign, Participant is deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and specific requirements therein (if any), agree to be bound by them and abide by the decision of Pets Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

10. Pets Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use or utilize the participants’ submission for marketing purposes.

11. Pets Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd shall not be held any responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused as a result of the Participants’ actions for and during redemption process.

12. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the terms and conditions of this campaign.

13. The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
